I got my braces done here At Apollonia Dental
and it was an amazing experience!

I usually don’t write reviews but my experience was too good not to. The ladies in front were very polite and welcomed me to office. Dayana and Karla were nice in making sure my appointment was at 10am. I had already filled out my documents earlier and was ready to roll to back when I came in. Dani was very nice and did good work on my cleaning appointment. She let me know what to expect and how many X-rays she needed to do. After that Dr Rafik came in to make sure everything was good and says X-rays were good o there was nothing additional she needed to do. After my cleaning I was giving a gift bag w a toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash. Dani walked me out and Veronica, Dayana, and Karla all thanked me for coming in and set appointment for my next cleaning. Great visit and everyone here was welcoming. I just want to say first and foremost this had to be the utmost professional  practice I’ve ever  been to. The warming demeanor and can do attitude is all a patient needs when you come into their office with a dental emergency. I had gone to several different dentist and they told me there would be a three week waiting period to do a mirror extraction of a tooth that has caused infection and severe pain. Upon coming here Dr. Rafik and his staff had nothing but solution. Connie and Karla’s professionalism at the front desk were absolutely unmatched. They were knowledgeable and sweet and even made me laugh when I was in such intense pain. Julia made the process seamless and made me feel at home while waiting for the Anesthetic  to work. Everyone in the office is soo freaking amazing and I am nothing but appreciative.
