Brushing Instructions

    Brushing: Step 1

    Hold your brush to your gum at a 45 degree angle.

    Move your brush in a smooth circle.

    your teeth completely – get the outside, the inside, and the tops of your teeth.

    To reach the inside of your front teeth, utilize the brush’s tip.

 
Flossing Instructions

    Flossing: Step 1

    Wrap a comfortable amount of floss – about 18 inches – around your middle fingers.

    With your forefinger and your thumb, direct the floss between your teeth in one-inch increments.

    Flossing: Step 3

    With a firm grip on the floss, saw between each tooth. Go under your gums by creating a C against your tooth with the floss.

    Slip the floss between each tooth, moving up and then down.
